I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Exiger in Feb 2021
Interview
Pretty simple. A screener followed by 3 or 4 conversations with team members. Wasn’t super complicated and was pretty enjoyable. Everyone was very nice and I had no issues. There were zero technical questions of any kind.
The process was way too long. 5 interviews and 2 technical assessments (plus a few screening phone calls with HR). At some point companies need to stop wasting people's time.
