Took 1+ month. Hirevue-> 2 hrs long skype interviews. Overall bad and unstructured, but EG sounds cool. I am still thinking if I should join a team or not.
Very nice experience. Interviewers were very friendly and offices were very nice. Two interviews with two different people, and each was 30 minutes. Interview included both situational and competency based questions.

What weakness would your colleagues say that you possess?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Expedia Group in Mar 2011
Interview
The entire interview process is very similar to Microsoft: 1. applied online 2. HR contacted me via email after a week and set up a time to chat 3. phone interview with Hiring Manager.
However, the experience is totally worse than MS. Here is why:
1. HR asked for my current and desired pay in the first email. Obviously this is their #1 concern and would use my current pay to negotiate.
2. Used contractor rather than FTE HR to conduct the phone interview. She had not much idea about the job, size of team, etc
3. HR made mistakes causing hiring manager frustration and set up the wrong time for phone interview.
4. Emailed HR for update, never heard back, then emailed again and being promised for update still no response.
