Interview
Send an email to the director via Linkedin. After that the recruiter contacted me and asked me my salary expectation. The recruiter would contacted me for an interview but he didn't even reply to my e-mail. I think this company has issues with replying back to potential candidates, even if they had 3-4 interviews.
Separate interviews with different managers from the team located in many offices around the world. Easy going interview. Recruiter was very helpful at all time and kept me updated throughout the process.

The interviewers were very professional and personable at the same time. The interview was conducted in the space that was not intimidating. I felt like I had time to speak clearly and that I was not rushed.

Friendly and efficient recruiters. Keeping me informed on the status of my application. Hiring manager was friendly and welcoming. There was no bias questions involved due to the culture of EG where they practice Diversity & Inclusion as their culture.
