It was unnecessary lengthy but they were professional about it. Almost 1.5 hrs session about the policies and other goals and mission and history of the company. It also has a problem solving round.

Interview
2 to 3 step process wherein the Global HR team keep you posted on the what is happening and and what to expect next. 1st being multiple choice questionnaire for personality assessment. 2nd round is for written test for job profile based proficiency assessment. 3rd round is with the hiring manager. . The final round is with the HR for salary negotiations.
