Very informal. I was contacted by a recruiter who did not know much and told me that some restructuring was going on inside the company. I was interviewed by an employee who asked me questions and didn’t have a platform ready (like hackerrank) for programming questions. I was ghosted afterwards.

Initial recruiter talk - went through some basic routine questions. Scheduled a single final round immediately with 3 rounds for a single day. Each round had a mix of ML related questions and coding questions.
