4 rounds of Interview which they call their standard set of rounds but I am sure they can ask you again and again for 10 rounds of Interview to show off their work( HR) or satify their Ego and in the end still say NO , and of no reason . I have been interviewed twice at expedia in a span of 7-8 months , given 5 rounds both the time , for the first time the Interview process took a month and then one more month of waiting time only to inform me via a single mail that I am not selected . For the second time I was already holding the offer and informed them/HR well in advance my expectations . Yet the interview process was pathetic and took 1.5 months ( Mind you I was on NP and I delayed my Joining ) , when the final time came thy didnt bother to inform me that I am not selected and when asked simply a NO again no whatsoever reason .
I describe the entire process is confusing , they dont know what they want to do , either hire or not , keep asking for more and more interviews , they do not have a particular pattern , after all interviews , they will make you wait for one month and say NO without any reason.
basic thing is If they do not have the budget to hire you , they wont tell you straight ,either they have lots of time to explore they have keen interest in wasting candidate time and energy. Never seen such a closed opaque pathetic hiring process ever .
Such a waste of time and energy .
