Interview
Three stages:
- SHL G+ test and a situational judgment test
- Video interview (like HireVue). For this prepare answers for why Experian, why software engineering and typical explain a time time questions. There were only 4 questions.
-Assessment centre. This consisted of a group interview, technical exercise and a competency based 121 interview.
I made it to the assessment centre but did not get a role. Interview process was quite good- updates were quick and recruitment answers your queries quickly.
It’s a nice company with good benefits so naturally quite competitive.
I got plenty of feedback afterwards.

Personal Interview - 1hr long. Behavioral questions, personal experiences.
Group assessment and personal interview happened on the same day. The whole recruitment process took just over 2 months in total.
