There was a IQ test, a personality test, and then a hirevue-like test. That's the HR round. Then a data cleaning assessment as the technical test. Then an interview with the hiring manager.
I applied. Got an invite to do an online assessment. The online assessment is to grade “how you work” and “learning ability”. The personality assessment will tell you wrong things about yourself and report that back to the company. And the “learning ability” if you don’t do well on the first question and then you’re screwed with the next steps after. Then the report will insult you by telling you aren’t capable of learning.
