Question 1
How do you influence a senior stakeholder who have many competing priorities and may not see the initiative/ project/ improvement as urgent?
Full day of interviews with key decision makers within the company. Very well organized with helpful guidance from HR. You can tell that the company truly takes its talent recruiting seriously.
The Interview was competency based but very relaxed. Interviewers were friendly and chatty. Made you feel comfortable and at ease. Created a good environment for a productive conversation. One interview, followed by an offer and then communication with HR.
