Had a 30 minute phone screen. Was mostly her talking at me and then 5 behavioral questions. Want you to do 250 cold calls a week. Didn’t get the opportunity to ask any questions and was told the next step is doing a one way video interview. I declined from there because it didn’t seem like a good fit for me.
