Experis contacted me for a Microsoft Integrated Marketing Manager role with a salary offer so far below market standards that it was hard to take seriously. The recruiter clearly hadn’t reviewed my profile or experience before reaching out, which shows a lack of professionalism and basic due diligence.
Offering £40,000–£42,000 for a senior marketing position at one of the world’s largest tech companies is unrealistic and signals that Experis either doesn’t understand industry benchmarks or chooses to ignore them.
The experience left a negative impression. I would advise candidates to be cautious and verify that roles presented by Experis are aligned with actual market value and their level of expertise.

Interview
Had nice interviews (2 of them) and got informed by the MD that I was selected. 4 years have passed and heard nothing about them. There's nothing worse than promising something to a candidate (when they were the ones approaching me) and not following up.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Experis (Doha) in Apr 2015
Interview
The person I dealt with from Recruitment contacted me after having searched for candidates online and came across my profile. She made contact with me and was rather pleasant. She arranged to have me come in to meet the hiring manager and a couple colleagues. The meeting was productive and questions were direct and easy to answer. The next stage was to prepare a presentation based on a preselected topic which I was to present to the senior management of the company the following week. Having presented and passed my presentation, an offer was made less than a week later which I accepted.
