The process itself consists of 5 stages: HR initial call, Online cognitive testing, followed by 3 interviews with the direct vp manager, the CEO, and head HR. Then they require at least 2 referrals of previous managers.

Very easy and super friends people who interview you. Let you know of you get the job by the end of the day. They gove you time to prep for questions they will ask.
They were so nice and made the process super easy straight forward questions very logic and made comfortable the whole process in itself like I stayed. It was fairly easy not too overwhelming. They were very friendly very communicative and yeah, just pretty open-minded.
