Very long. Takes over two months. There will be a series of phone, video, and maybe coffee or lunch interviews. It can be 3-4 with senior members of the firm. Then the final will be a full day interview with senior practice members with a 20 mins presentation. There will be a lot of talks about growth and working in teams and becoming experts. Seems to be mostly promotional. Ideally, the senior members are looking to see how they can use you with the work they are doing. At an Associate level, you are the labor force. However management can used your labor it will be deemed fitting. If they cannot utilize you with what they are doing, you will not get the job. If you want the job, research their background, talk about their work and how you can help them complete their work. IE, how you can be of value to them (labor wise). Some of the interviewers will not show up for your talk, but later when they meet with you they will ask for a 5 minutes version of it. Finally, exponent will claim transparency with the process but at the end there is no transparency.
