Submitted an application online after asking if the store was hiring in person. Was called in for an interview at the store a week or two after applying. The process was very quick and easy overall, hiring seems to be based mostly on personality and willingness to learn about the company and the brand.
I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed
Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.
Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
