Interview
Since it was for a management position (in some stores a sales lead is not a manager but for express it is) the interview holds with the store manager and the district manager. Once everything is good it is followed by orientation that takes about 2 weeks and orientation that takes up to 2 or 3 hours

Describe a situation where you had limited time and needed to adjust your plans to make the deadline?
Two Rounds of Interview. One with either the manager or on duty manager. Later on, one interview would be with the district manger.
The process is very simple and easy to understand. Simple question answer. Questions are based on candidate's previous experiences and the role any candidate would be applying for!

Interview
The interview process is pretty straightforward. If the sales lead you to interview with first likes, you will be pushed to the store manager. It all depends on your availability and how you answer the questions.
Very good thourough interview process, was very insightful. Gave me all the answers I needed to make a decision about wanting to work for the company. Overall, better than a lot of the other interviews I have done.
