Interview
The interview is an interesting process, group interview with 3 others and each person brings in an item from the sales floor. You are asked a series of typical questions (why do you want to work here, what do you like about fashion, etc. etc.) and then are asked to show your selling ability.

They have you switch items with another person in interview and ask you how you would sell it to different customers to dress up or down the look. If you don't know anything about dressing up either gender, it's a little difficult.
