I applied online and they called me asking me to come in. It was a group interview and very casual. They just asked a to tell a little about myself and what I would do in certain situations. It was really more about your personality than the questions, after all its a customer driven job.

There really weren't any unusual questions. They asked me what I would do if I suspected an associate was stealing, what was a difficult situation that I had to deal with. Pretty basic stuff.
I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed
Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.
Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
