Walked in to apply. Spoke to the Talent Manager. Got called back for an interview within 30 minutes. Got called back 10 minutes after my first interview to interview with the Store Manager. Had a job offer that night. Less than 12 hours.
I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed
Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.
Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
