Applied online.. got a call a few days later from the assistant manager to schedule an interview. Went in the following week on Monday for an interview and got called back with an offer on Friday!

Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.
Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
