Interview
3 round process, interview over phone with general talent manager of the location. If given green light applicant moves to the 2nd round which is an in store group interview. From that point all applicants are given a question and have to respond. If talent manager approves and you pass your background check, you are passed to the general manager for final interview approval.
I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed
Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.
Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
