I filled an application and was selected to interview later that week. The interview was conducted among a group of about 7 people and were asked several questions. Once the interview concluded, we were informed of the process do follow. I got a call back about a week later offering me the part time position.

They asked situational questions regarding what would you do to get sales from a customers. Also where we draw inspiration from when it comes to clothing.
I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed
Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.
Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
