Interview
A group interview with two to three other people. They asked us basic interview questions as well as questions on our experience. Group interviews can be intimidating, especially if you've never done one before. The manager was very nice and the other candidates were as nervous as I was! I got the job a couple days later. I've been working there seasonal part time for three years now.

Describe a difficult customer experience and how you solved the issue at hand
I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed
Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.
Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
