it was great as soon as I got the email telling me to schedule a time to come in I was hired on within three days. Had to wait for my background check to clear but it did then it was smooth sailing.

Did I see this as an opportunity for advancement in my career?
there's a face-to-face interview with the general manager then they do a background check. Corporate does the background check to make sure you don't have a criminal record for stealing.
Other than the twenty-minute wait in the lobby, it was a fairly quick interview. The manager cuts to the chase but remains respectful of boundaries and such. I was told I was hired the day after.
