They did not ask many questions.
They were more interested in talking about themselves and the company and the day to day tasks instead of really getting to know the applicants skills and background.

A couple of phone interviews. Was hired without ever meeting anyone in person. The interviewer didnt even know the hotel GM name. Also, addressed me by the wrong name twice.
