Applied online via the website. After passing the psychometric tests, was invited for a Skype interview which lasted 20-25 minutes. Interviewer was friendly and nice to talk to. She asked questions and gave me time to think before answering, while taking down notes. Seemed genuinely interested. Asked follow up questions to some of the things I spoke about in my answers.

Interview
Interview was very intense with a lot of questions. All competency based but some were very quirky I certainly hadn't answered them before. Make sure you know the ins and outs of your examples and can spin them. Was asked about 8 questions so have plenty in the bank! 2 assessors so think about who to address.
