STARS questions. Was very interested in manufacturing experience and asking about any possible gaps in work history. Reviewed my resume during the interview and drew a lot of questions there, so making sure you know your resume inside and out and can figure out what types of questions they will ask will be helpful.

Very friendly and open-minded interviews in three steps. First management and directly afterwards on supervisor level, third on general management and HR level.
Questions were rather on general level, than technical expertise.

Questions asked were more on interest and fit, rather than technical expertise as it was just an internship interview.
