Cv screening + Online Test + Face to Face Interview. Interviewers are pretty friendly and very competent/smart. Mostly behavorial questions and a very straightforward business case. I should have done way better regarding the case and can only blame myself for not being accurate enough. But no pain, no gain. Overall, very beautiful company and good experience.

In person interview, standard behavioral interview with relatively easy questions, why Exxon, why this position, your experience, tell me about about yourself, not that bad. It was a very positive interview and the interviewers were kind in the sense that they wanted as much as detail as possible without grilling.
