I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ExxonMobil (Baton Rouge, LA) in Nov 2018
Interview
There was a campus in-person interview first. And to get that I had to apply online and talk to them at the career expo. Then after the campus interview they will fly you out to the site you would work at and have a series of interviews for you. I interviewed with 3 engineers and had a small HR orientation. The questions were mostly about your engineering/ internship experience and some technical follow-up questions were asked. The people I interviewed with were very easy to talk to and allowed me to ask any questions I wanted to. All around a great experience and they will take you out to dinner and lunch too!
