Phone call screening folowed by an in person interview lasting 10 minutes. Asked if i had experienc e and if i was willing to open and close. I was also asked if i was comfortable handling cash
Very detailed and they interview you for 2 days with various stages. There is a also a practical part of the interview process where you have to pump gas based on the interviewers request. It could be anything from regular, plus or super and you have to be prepared.
