General managers Interview was in Black Diamond in Lagos, Nigeria. The final stage of a long recruitment process.
The environment was calm and they tried to make me feel as comfortable as possible before we started conversing.

STAR based questions. Tell us a time you have done or shown a trait
Very chill experience, felt like a get to know you conversation with the managers who were very nice, mainly asked standard behavioural questions like Why ExxonMobil, asked about your resume
The interview was in person, 1 hour, one on one. It was overwhelming at first but the interviewer was really nice. It was difficult to make a connection with her though,
- talked to the engineers at career fair, they treated it as the first round of interview
- managed to get to the final round
- mostly behaviourial and fit questions
