I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ExxonMobil (Torrance, CA) in Jun 2011
Interview
Pretty basic interview, they want to know about you and your attitude on safety for the most part. They also explain the nature of the job and the schedule to see if you are truly interested in a career in the oil sector. Present yourself as a risk-averse steady minded individual and you should have no problem impressing the interviewers.
