ExxonMobil PhD Chemical Engineer interview questions

This was an on campus interview. The interviewer was very easy to talk too and engaged in the conversation. A few questions surrounded my research, but most was focused on behavioral questions. It was a very standard interview. As a PhD candidate, they are more interested in learning about the skills and knowledge you have, and how that can be applied to their current research.

1. Hiring starts with an on campus recruiting event during your school's career fair. 2. This is followed by online resume submission at their website at your designated university folder by the deadline stated, 2. Then participate in info session and on campus interview if selected, 3.
