Eze Software interview questions

An initial HR interview followed by a 90 min final interview with three separate team members. I was called back for an additional final round after being denied. I assume their desired candidate declined or withdrew. The process wasn't bad everyone was kind and interested to talk to you. I did run into one or two rude people when I didn't have enough financial industry knowledge. I did not end up getting an offer but even after a final round they never got back to me and my application status is still open. Is it really that hard to send an email to someone after they take a lot of time and effort throughout the interview process?

Very relaxed and positive experience. The interviewer/manager was laid back and friendly. First there was a small tech project, then a face to face interview to go over the project plus some mostly easy-medium level tech questions.
