Interview
Short interview with their HR via ZOOM and some questions being asked such as expected salary, reasons for leaving my current job, notice period, etc. However, their HR has shared that there will be 3 rounds of interview and their company does not have certain benefits such as AWS, annual bonus, etc. Unfortunately, no first round interview from them and one of the reasons might be my expected salary was too high. If that's the case, their HR should state their actual budget that can be fulfilled for this role in the job posting and not mislead others. Another reason could be the response from their HR which I mentioned my current job is a contract role during the interview and might jump straight to assumption that it's not a full time job.
Hence, do consider carefully before applying any roles as their HR may make false assumptions based on the interviewee's answer and not very generous in terms of salary.

Easy and quick process HR was very helpful.
I had a phone conversation with the recruiter, phone conversation with my future boss and face to face interview with the Director. I was feeling very comfortable in all of them.

Interview
I had a phone interview with one of the hiring supervisors, followed by a series of in-person interviews, and a final call with the sales managers I would be supporting.
The questions were almost entirely behavioral and "how do you ___" type questions, nothing extremely weird. Interviewers didn't come across as very experienced, but all were friendly. Confidence goes a long way in these.
