Interview
The phone interview with a recruiter was very awkward and found her to be very condescending. It was very off-putting and uncomfortable. It didn't make me want to find out more about the position and made me question the working environment. This marketing posting seems to appear on recruitment boards at least once per year so perhaps that is the real story.

Applied online and then there was a virtual screening interview with a recruiter, and then two rounds of in person interviews. One was with HR and one manager and the second with managers within the team.
