I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at FDM Group (Hong Kong) in Jul 2022
Interview
The interviewer was an hour late without notifying me first, the whole thing felt very rushed. The interviewer's words seems very calculated and tricky. The whole experience wasn't exactly pleasant.

Question 1
Questions about my previous jobs and my software skills.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at FDM Group (Brighton, England) in Apr 2022
Interview
Interviewer was very nice. He seemed to take a genuine interest in me and gave my questions genuine answers. All in all, a lovely experience as far as interviews go.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at FDM Group (Sydney) in Oct 2020
Interview
1. Unofficial phone discussion, very casual feel. Used to determine your motivations and chat about previous experience/education.
2. Official phone interview. Typical, general interview questions. STAR responses
3. Aptitude test. Timed, online quiz with a gradual increase in difficulty. Time limit is reasonable. Altogether not difficult to pass, take your time.
4. Assessment centre. Currently virtual due to COVID. 1 hour presentation explaining the company and providing interview tips, followed by 3 interviews back-to-back with team members representing HR/Sales/Tech. Interviewers were friendly and professional. No group interviews. Some questions were a little bit more 'curved ball' than I expected but nothing unreasonable. Each interview had 4-6 questions and was roughly 10-15min long.
Tech interviewer shared their screen and showed a problem sheet with a basic programming problem. All tech interview questions were related to this problem sheet (nothing related to past experiences so no STAR response here). HR/Sales interviewers are actively looking for STAR responses, clear communication, coherent responses and strong motivations.
