Whilst i may still be new to the company as a trainee consultant, i think the interview process (for the returners program) is one of the best i have experienced in the last few years. The interviewer and the Team of trainers you meet during and after the hiring process all seem really engaged, and invested in helping you achieve your own personal goals (while also protecting the interest of the company). It was a phone call interview followed by a video call interview and then a simple assessment day test all smoothly done in under 10days. So far, i have only positive things to say about the interviewing process, i will keep this updated if any thing changes down the line.

Interview process was really well organized. Started with a screening, followed by a more in depth phone interview, then the assessment day. People were very friendly and were more interested in getting to know who I was rather than all of my past accomplishments.
