I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at FDM Group (London, England) in May 2016
Interview
The whole interview process was very straight forward. First, I had the video interview which consisted of 4-5 questions. After passing the video interview stage, I was invited to the Assessment Day in London. This consists of 3 tests: Basic Maths test, IT/Logic test and a Venn Diagram Test, followed by 3 short interviews. Each interview was approximately 5 minutes and consists of 4-5 questions depending on the interviewer.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
For the Assessment Day, they asked motivation and competency-based questions i.e. Why FDM? What do you know about the FDM model? What interests you about the IT industry right now? Why did you choose your undergraduate course? Apple or Android?

Interview
There is 2 rounds of interview. The first round is a short interview, and they send you a list detailing the things they will ask beforehand. The second round includes a behavioural and a technical interview, the technical interview is easy if you have some basic programming knowledge.

Interview
First-online assessment, Second-Phone call, Third-Video Interview with Recruiter (Star method) , Fourth-Video Interview with Managers (Behavioural Questions and Programming knowledge). The recruiter is kind and supportive, thanks to her, I could manage all pretty well.
Went through endless rounds online, eventually passed and got offered a job, then got put on a waiting list for over 18 months then had to redo the whole interview process in person for some reason, I think because they made a mistake offering too many people work and wanted to cut their waiting list. Then went back on another waiting list for several months further before they stopped communicating altogether. Whole thing was a disorganised mess, stringing potential candidates along with no updates or sense of how long it would take. Interview was fairly average tickets box competency things, an IQ type test, many rounds and hoops to jump through to then just sit in limbo.
