I applied online and was called the day after. The lady was nice, she tried to gather information about me and schedule a phone interview for tomorrow. I made my researches and was very disappointed by the low salary, added to the fact that you have to commit with them for two years after they train you and find you a position. During the phone interview I confronted her with that. She told me the real numbers : 40k$ the first year, 45k$ The second year and the training is paid $12 per hour. This is still very low compared to the market but since they train you for free, I understand that some people would except the offer. For me, I am sure I can find better I am not that desperate.

The phone interview first and only took about 5mins. A few questions like the status, the previous job, and talk about yourself. I got the reply email very soon.
