Firstly there is a video interview where they ask you 4 questions and you have 60 seconds to answer. I was then invited to the assessment centre where I had to do a set notation test, maths test and IT aptitude test (this is the hardest test - advice to learn acronyms such as SQL and HTTP and basic coding). I then had three 5 minute interviews asking about yourself, your degree and why IT. The process was very quick, straightforward and everyone was extremely friendly.
