I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FDM Group (London, England) in Aug 2017
Interview
After a short phone screen with a recruiter, an online video interview was arranged. This interview was pre-recorded and consisted of 6 strength-based questions (given below). I had 5 days to complete the interview, and was notified soon after of my progress to the final stage assessment day. The assessment day ran from 9am - 5pm, starting with an introduction and tour of the building. There were 3 tests - Venn and set notation, IT aptitude and maths, all of which were very easy. Finally there were 3 quick-fire interviews each of around 7-10 minutes and with their own focus. The process is made very clear to you beforehand by the recruiters so there is nothing unexpected. The interviewers are all very nice and the experience was positive overall.

Interview
There is 2 rounds of interview. The first round is a short interview, and they send you a list detailing the things they will ask beforehand. The second round includes a behavioural and a technical interview, the technical interview is easy if you have some basic programming knowledge.

Interview
First-online assessment, Second-Phone call, Third-Video Interview with Recruiter (Star method) , Fourth-Video Interview with Managers (Behavioural Questions and Programming knowledge). The recruiter is kind and supportive, thanks to her, I could manage all pretty well.
Went through endless rounds online, eventually passed and got offered a job, then got put on a waiting list for over 18 months then had to redo the whole interview process in person for some reason, I think because they made a mistake offering too many people work and wanted to cut their waiting list. Then went back on another waiting list for several months further before they stopped communicating altogether. Whole thing was a disorganised mess, stringing potential candidates along with no updates or sense of how long it would take. Interview was fairly average tickets box competency things, an IQ type test, many rounds and hoops to jump through to then just sit in limbo.
