Very friendly interviewers, who make you feel at ease. The questions asked were primarily behavioural or situational-based. You will also have to sit down for a test and get the results immediately. Overall the process was not as daunting as I thought it would be.

Interview experience was ok, not a difficult and offer a place. Pay is challenging, and they do not offer any substantial increases over time. Their consulting approach is recruit to train and thats were it ends, short term employment is fine, long-term is not great.
