The job description and the interview questions are entirely different. They are looking for a person who can develop API's. They are not concerned about your overall expertise, they are focused only on a short term goal.

Question 1
Make sure you know all the version numbers of .Net frameworks you used. Interviewer is so keen on cornering you and want you to say "I don't know". Get ready with API security questions. Interviewer doesn't have that much of a SQL background, he did not ask so many questions about it. They are moving towards Microservices (API) so prepare for that.
