The process - which was never set - meant all interviews were organised ad hoc. At one point I was invited to see the same person as I had previously met without them realising it. The "process" lasted more than 4 months and during most of this time I was the only candidate but FICO continued advertising for more candidates. During the process I received absolutely no feedback until the very end. Here the feedback was not very specific and criticism was made about not having asked and proped enough during the process nor offered an action plan (which I was never asked for!) I did meet some very good and very professional people though unfortunately the hiring process was very disorganised and it was obvious that the hiring manager was not clear what (s)he was really looking for. In total I went for 3 F2F intereviews of about an hour's duration, which was all with senior members of the marketing and business organisation.
