I was contacted by a Senior Manager who I knew from a prior job and presented an opportunity to interview for a specific role, which I did. I first did a phone screen and when that was complete I was asked to have a face to face interview, offsite with the hiring manager and his manager. The next step was a number of face to face interview on site with two directors whose projects I would manage. All were handled professionally and courteously.
