There is a first round phone interview. He asked about some IQ testing and a few high school math problems then ask me to have a onsite interview.
The onsite was a panel interview and they asked some general questions, such as C++ and programming.

Initial 1 hour phone interview we actually used a google hangout session where i got to explain about my previous work and also they asked some SQL queries like cartisian product

Placed through an agency, one phone interview. Not actually what I had applied for but I have some skills in common with this position and not enough experience for the primary position, so we tried this out knowing it was a long shot. Phone interview was a postponed briefly but they did call to inform me so I wasn't waiting not knowing.
No particularly difficult questions, just SQL and C++ related which I am weak on (it was a long shot, as I said).

You are given a beaker and a single bacterium, which will reproduce into two bacteria in exactly 1 minute, at 12:00 noon. It is full at 1:00 pm. When was it half full?

Just one on-site interview.
Question is far more simple than I thought.
Just a sql query and dig into depth.
If you go there via a recruiter, you could get more info about the interview.
You need to get familiar with sql server query.
And you need to know something about test, like regression, etc..
