FIS Financial Crime Associate interview questions

The Hiring process is just ridiculous, the HR contacted me for the interview and confirmed my availability to attend physical onsite interview, i was informed by the Hiring Managers that i will receive the response from the team in a week. Suddenly email me 4 days later to attend a screening call for 10 mins for arranging a interview where i already had the interview and informed me that she will share the feedback with me soon as the interview was already completed.After waiting for a week i messaged her and she says sorry the position is filed with the candidates who gave interview where she assumed I asking to arrange the interview, so I feel the overall process is just waste of time and HR's really don't know what they are doing.
