I have been called twice to clear2pay for interview process. I have cleared first written round both times. First time, interviewer has asked me all questions related to my resume which I have answered well. When I have tried following up with HR, no one ever replied. Not even that I am rejected or selected. Second time, when i was called for my second round f2f. I had to sit in reception for 3 hours and after which HR told me there is no technical person to take my interview. Even after following up with HR, he never reverted. Really disappointed with such unprofessional handling of resources.

Very easy process. Just be the confidence. Office culture is hybrid more over depends on your project. Using almost all the latest technology. Getting experience in FIS would make you to work anything places after it. That much strong you can become after joining. But hikes are low.

Interview
Interview was conducted in 3 rounds, first the technical, second techno manager, third was the director round. HR are very approachable and helpful. I was interviewed for senior software engineer position with 6 holding 6 years of experience in c++.
