I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at FIS in Aug 2021
Interview
It was a basic interview but of being from a non technical background it was a bit tough on technical front. It was a virtual interview and interviewer kept their video off. Which made it a litlle tense and awkward for me. I was feeling like I am talking to myself.

The first interview was with the Talent Acquisition team and focused mainly on my motivation for the position, my professional background, and my interest in joining the company. It was also an opportunity to discuss my experience and career expectations.
The second interview was conducted with the hiring managers. During this step, they provided more details about the position, the team, and the day-to-day responsibilities. They also asked more specific questions about the tasks I handled in my previous experiences, my way of working, and how I approach different situations related to the role.
