I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at FIS (New Delhi) in Jan 2022
Interview
It started off with an online technical assessment. It's difficulty was medium level and consisted of some aptitude questions and a coding question. I got the qualification mail in the next 3 or 4 days and they asked me to remain patient until further communication. By " patience", I thought they meant weeks. But in reality it was months. Three to be exact. After 3 long months, I got an email stating that they were confirming again that I successfully cleared the technical assessment and they were "planning" the technical interview and HR round. After the interview, I got the qualification mail again in 3-4 days and the HR round took place immediately after that ( in the next three days). The technical interview was easy.... They just asked basic OOPS concepts, DBMS concepts and they asked me to explain in detail about my project. In the end, they asked me to solve a puzzle which i did. The HR round was nothing but them confirming whether or not I would be available for night shift and I had other offers in hand or not. It lasted for just 5 minutes because it was actually scheduled to be 30 minutes and the HR was 20 minutes late. She rushed and said that they would communicate about the further steps. But today, it's been more than two months and I haven't received anything from their side. I tried contacting the HR via LinkedIn, but to no avail. I am thoroughly disappointed with this experience and don't wish it on anyone. They are so unprofessional and slow, I get angry because of them.
So this is my experience. The ones who were lucky enough to have a smooth experience...... And those people are so hard to find ( because they are scarce) , I'm really happy for you and wish you well.
Have a nice one and see you in a bit.

The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FIS (Pune) in Nov 2024
Interview
This profile came to me under FIS University program on superset. The interview consisted of 3 rounds which were Online assessment, Technical Interview and HR Interview. The online assessment consisted of technical mcq as well as general aptitude mcq. It took a week for the list of shortlisted candidates to arrive. 62 candidates were shortlisted in total. The next round was Technical interview. The difficulty was easy to medium. There was a panel of 5 interviewers who took the interview. They go through your resume and based on it they ask questions. Fortunately, as I had mentioned similar experience in my resume, the interviewer asked me questions based on that experience. For other candidates, he asked technical questions as well like pseudo-codes, logic building etc. The interview lasted 20 minutes for and was easier than I thought. The next was HR round which consisted of typical HR questions and some questions based on logic building. 25 candidates were shortlisted for HR round out of which 6 were selected.
